Southern Uprising the very first pay per view production that will be aired by Bayou Championship Wrestling on the 26th of September. A historical event was about to take place and one could say that people were going to get their moneys worth. With five amazing matches placed on this card you damn well better believe that everyone was going to bust ass just to make sure they were the star of the show. Now, speaking of stars the one match everyone and when I say everyone I mean it will be looking forward to is the epic round two showdown between the challenger, Eric Craven and the newly crowned Rebel Pride Champion, Sean Aries. The first encounter of these two men could be a potential candidate for match of the year with what's left of 2015. When you place two great competitors in the ring against each other, who have the same passion, and the same reason for doing what they do along with similar paths, you are bound to get out an instant classic. Every match and rematch after that just adds more to star build and the story itself. There is no need to really recap anything that these two went through, but the showdown was going to be rewarding enough for the fans and maybe even the rest of the roster. The sole purpose is to steal the show, not to take anything from Shawn Michaels or Dolph Ziggler... but when you are Sean Aries you want to surpass even the biggest of names. Big shoes to fill... well not so much when you're already halfway there. Halfway meaning already having the Rebel Pride Championship around your waste and there is only room to go up from there. No one is thinking that far ahead though at this time. Sean Aries's focus right  now is being the best ever champion. He won the championship and now he was going to have his first defense against a man he took on in the first round of the tournament. Would things end up being the same as round one? In Sean's eyes of course they would, but when you think about it, there is more pressure for both men. Eric, to prove that his first match up against Sean was a mistake and that he can best Sean. To show the world that he is indeed Rebel Pride Championship material. For Sean, it was more about backing up everything he had said. He made it to that top and now he had to prove that he was worthy enough to call himself a champion. However, he wasn't going to get that approval by staying silent and showing up on his terms. It was time for Sean to start acting like a champion if he was going to be one.

"STEP AWAY FROM GREATNESS"

Our scene begins in pitch black with no video but plenty of audio. You can hear the ruffling of things and a very muffled voice speaking in tongue or in other words bad language. Obviously whatever was happening someone did not know what they were doing. Two men, trying to set up one little camera and they couldn't get a video feed. It's like how many idiots does it take to change a lightbulb? Finally you can hear the man of the hour, Sean Aries come into the room in a bit of anger.

sean aries
"Seriously? How hard is it for you two idiots to do anything right?" He let out a frustrated sigh, as you can hear things clicking and the feed suddenly came in. "I see if I want something done right, then I need to do it myself. You're dismissed."

Sean glared at the two technical dummies as they scurried away out of the scene. Snapping his attention back to the camera, the greatest man alive flashed a smile for the world to see. A smile that could save any dying person's life if it depended on it. The Rebel Pride Championship rest comfortably on his shoulder and don't think he was shy or gullible since he made sure the side of his body where the championship laid was in plain sight. What was with this camera though?

sean aries
"Ladies and gentlemen welcome to what I call Sean-O-Rama. Well I'm still working on the name so please bare with me, but I'm coming to you live in an undisclosed location but in better quality than Craven Vision."

Ahh, so now we see what he is doing. Playing around on the style of which Eric Craven likes to address his people of BCW. Clever, but not really.

sean aries
"I'm not going to really waste anyone's time here much, I just figured that you all would be dying to hear from your Rebel Pride Champion. I do have to apologize, because as of late it does seem like I have been a little spaced out and not around as much. You all deserve something better than that. You all deserve to have a champion that is going to be there for you twenty-four seven and three sixty-five. You need someone who's mind is in the right spot to handle such a responsibility and you know what I think it is about time you get that... so without further a due here is the man that is going to give you what you need..."

Sean proceeded to take the championship from his shoulder and he laid it across the palm of his hands looking down at it. He gave it a quick kiss before parting ways with the championship leaving it on the table in front of him. He walks off from the scene and then there is silence. No noise was heard, nothing was moving, it was just... dead air.

---- Twenty Minutes Later ---

A door closes and footsteps were heard walking back toward the view. What the hell was going on? Sean left the championship after telling everyone they deserved someone who could handle being called the Rebel Pride Champion. Before anyone came back onto camera you hear the words... "AND THE MAN THAT IS GOING TO GIVE YOU PEOPLE WHAT YOU NEED IS...

sean aries
"THE PUREBRED DESIGN OF WRESTLING... ME!" Sean let out a laugh grabbing the championship and tossing it back over his shoulder. "Who did you honestly think was going to show up here? Kat Jones? Tanja Devereaux? Ha, God no. Oh wait. Did you think I was going to get the man who I'm facing to come and claim my championship? You all are seriously delusional. The only person who can give all of you people what you need is standing right before you. I'm the man that single handedly took out each person that stepped in front of me the past few weeks to become your Rebel Pride Champion and to think I would give it up that easy would be child's play. You see I did not come back into the wrestling scene to just skip around and wait my turn in line to do something. I came back to prove a point that I am one of the best. Kat Jones thought she had me in the bag, well look where that got her with her all darkness speeches and trying to talk her way through a tough situation. Tanja, well she is another case. Almost one in the same with Kat if you ask me. Neither of them could touch me and they are just sitting back now wishing they still had the chance to be in my shoes. Newsflash, you both failed... just like my opponent at Southern Uprising. Eric Craven." Sean's faced cringed. "You see what I do there, when your name is mentioned? You are like a thorn in my side. Now is that a good thing or is that a bad thing? For the most part good because we do bring out the best in each other and that's all one competitor can ask out of another. However, though Craven I still have to make this statement over and over again that you just aren't me."

Sean took a second to gather himself as he rubbed his chin slightly pacing back and forth within the camera view. He had much to say, but it seemed he needed to figure out just how to say it.

sean aries
"I have to make that statement stick out more each time I use it Craven. I admire the hell out of you dude, I do. The thing is you are just so... how do I put this? I guess what I am trying to say is you are to hard on yourself. Your ambition to be this person that I am is going to drive you to your brink of insanity and cause you to fall. I understand wanting to be a champion so bad, because you know from over here it's a great feeling. I'm so ecstatic, and let me tell you it's quite a rush. I get it though Craven. You worked your ass off to come back on the scene like I did after three years. We squared off the first card here and I got the best of you. You pushed me to the edge and we made history as you have stated. We started a revolution with the Rebel Pride division, one that anyone who's anybody will have their eyes on from here on out. You can say we are the pioneers of this division. Everyone else yeah they had solid matches, even mine after you were decent but the magic we make Eric is different. You see we do things that no one else can do. We take those extra bounds and leaps and risk in order for us to keep our head above water. You and I are two of the same people with a similar background and that is why our second match is going to be killer. Yeah, I am giving you props but don't get used to it. I still don't like you and chances are... who is to say I will, but I will tell you this right now. If we pull off that same magic again and you even come close to beating me I will shake your hand in the middle of that ring and give you my respect. You will have earned your place in my life when I will have the opportunity to look back and tell my grandchildren I knew you when. The thing is though there is one thing that I want you to do for me if you want to sustain from losing to me. Control your emotions, you're too much like a woman dealing with emotional issues and distress, also know as P.M.S. You're all over the place and you can tone down your theatrics."

Why he had to call them theatrics, only he would know but that is just how he saw things in his eyes. On the other side, he could understand why Eric was so wound up. Wanting something so bad makes you that way especially when you know that you can be all that you can be.

sean aries
"Craven, let me tell you a thing or two about why I still have something to prove. In your eyes, I have nothing else left to prove. That's a negative though Ghost Rider. I have nothing but things left to prove. I did what no one else thought was going to happen. I ran through the rest of that tournament and capture this beautiful piece of gold that rest upon my shoulder. You were one of the only ones that wanted me to win so that you could have the chance to face me again and I am personally glad that I pushed myself to win so that you can have what you want. The thing is now that I have this gold I have to continue to show the world, yourself, Bull that I was the rightful winner of the tournament. I deserved to be champion as I fought to not be a nobody anymore. All the points I have to prove are still yet to be fulfilled. I'm sorry that you have to yet again become an example of my creation of greed and acceptance. I don't want it to be this way but the passion you have is still no match to the passion that I have. I like our determination and your will to want to win and be the Rebel Pride Champion. You say you live this division and live to become the champ and that is your whole reasoning behind life right now well you need to make sure you bring it all and show that. Make me a believer Craven. Make me see that you have just enough bounce to the ounce to put me down for good and claim your place in history. You have so much fire in your eyes and the tone of voice that you use that you literally eat, sleep, breath, and dream this. I want to say that you will reach that dream. And you will, BUT you will NOT reach that dream as long as I am the Rebel Pride Champion. I have dreams and ambitions to be that much every time I step into the ring. I will best my opponent at any given time, you know this. You have witnessed this personally. You say I am cliche with the beat you once, I can beat you again. It's not cliche when you know it's the damn truth. I am going to go to Southern Uprising with my head held high making sure I prove that any of my victories are not flukes. Regardless, of how I have won or will win in the future does not depict the kind of talent I am. Day in an day out I will continue to work my ass off. Craven, you're good. So good, but my friend I am just that much better than you."

Sean meant every word he had to say. He seemed to be turning around to like Craven, even when he mentioned that he didn't before. Looking down at his baby, he removed it from his shoulder and held it down in front of him.

sean aires
"This Rebel Pride Championship that rest here in my hands is the beginning of my legacy. The beginning of my empire. I am the sole champion and I am the face of this division. You are trying to interfere with my legacy and the kingdom that I am building around this. You have placed your foot in the water with a cut and sharks like the smell of blood and since you are willing to be a daredevil and step into my world yet again with even a bigger prize on the line, it is going to make me that much more hungry. You talk a lot Eric, as do I. The only thing is you aren't saying anything that I have not heard already from you before. I know your struggles, I know your passion, the way I see it, it's still jealousy. You hate the fact that you lost to me the first time. Just be honest. I don't give a damn how many times you say I caught you slipping and you aren't going to complain about it... but why keep mentioning it. Sounds to me you are more of a sore loser that got a little butt hurt because I put a dent in his plans. It's okay if you want to be me Craven. I would want to be me too. I don't want to knock your hustle that you're doing because you are doing a great job at getting all of these people behind you. I don't need that. It seems to me you need the moral support to help you back up when you are knocked down on your ass over and over again. No one likes a suck up and the fact that you want these people behind you is quite sickening. Why not focus more on me and wanting to actually try and outsmart me in the ring this time? Don't try and come for me later and say I wasn't paying attention to anything you had to say. I paid attention to what was relevant. Long drawn out heartfelt speeches to your fans and darling little girlfriend, so they can pat you on the back and say when or lose you will always be the winner. If you need that kind of confidence booster then aren't you in the wrong profession? You say you don't need to be here to make friends, well stop it. These people don't care about you and will turn on you the minute you make it where you want to go. So you can continue to let the little Johnny's look up to you until they find a new interest. I'll be over here continuing to cement my name in history. This Rebel Pride Championship is me, this is my life and you are now being welcomed into my world and added to the list again under the failed attempts to take what is mine and will always be mine. Be mindful Craven, that this is just the beginning of my reign and there is no way I'm letting a scrub like you stop me this early. You get your chance at Southern Uprising and then after that you go back into obscurity and pander to your precious little fans and let them dry your tears. I think you need to let Faith give you some of her balls and man up and get ready to fight. MY championship that I am going to make prestigious will stay with a purebred. It will stay with the person who deserves to make it a worthy championship even more so than that other championship. Rebel Pride all the way here and the value has already increased when it touched my hands."

Throwing the championship over his shoulder once more he readied himself to finish up. He had other things to do to prepare for his match. There wasn't much else that he could really say.

sean aries
"Southern Uprising, Eric Craven will be the last time we meet for awhile. We are going to do many of the things that you said. We are going to be the talk of the town and steal the show. The bar was set once already and it is time for it to rise. The time for talking should be done because quite frankly I am tired of the talking and it is time to put up or shut up. All the words that have rolled off of your tongue make them come to life. Prove to yourself that you can hang with someone like me. Don't underestimate the fact that you think I have nothing left to show nor prove. We have both advanced a lot since debuting here and we have much more to offer and it's a new chapter in a book that is going to have the same ending. When it comes to me the endings are always the same. I don't want you to kid yourself too much though guy. Quit the woe is me and come at me like the man I know you can be. I'm rooting for you to push me and push yourself. If you think you are going to catch me slipping though you are wrong. There is no more slipping and no more mistakes left to be made. A real champion knows his limits and pays very close attention to his opponent and will cut them down before the match even begins. I have you figured out already again Craven and I will expose you. Your pride will be jeopardized and tarnished if you don't live up to your own hype and you will beat yourself down even more. We are all our own worst enemies. I just choose to keep my demons buried and unleash them in the ring when that time comes. I'm ready Craven. I'm ready to take that step in putting you down to move on to the next one and the next one and do the same thing to them. I'm on a roll and nothing is going to stop me now. Let's see what is so clever that you have to say back next time. Oh and spare me the lame boring speeches of how you are all about this division and you are Rebel Pride. The world is tired of it. I say what I need to say because I know the truth about myself and my opponents. I'm me and let's remember not to confused confidence and facts with cockiness. They are two different things. Craven, this time around history will be made again in the epicness of this match altogether, but the start of the legacy will commence completely. Operation 2016 Year of the Purebred starts at Southern Uprising. Good luck and see you when I decide to broadcast in Sean-O-Rama again. My design can not be flawed and being the purebred only makes me that much more lethal."

Sean leaned down into the view of the camera. He tapped the Rebel Pride Championship on his shoulder while looking down at it. That was to signify that he knew it was not going to go anywhere. He knew it was about to be one hell of a fight and the two would respect each other after the fact. Looking back up at the camera he cracked a smile before ripping the cords out of the back and video and audio die as we are left in pitch black. End.

"Stick A Fork In Yer, Yer Done!"

author's note: Well I have enjoyed this and sorry it's late for my last one. Been catering in the rain all damn day for work and that isn't fun for anyone. Thanks for bringing out some great work from me Craven, Good Luck!

Ah. Home sweet home. Back to good old New York City. Sean's final stop before he would head back down for Southern Uprising. It was a time to meet up with family and some friends just so they could give him some sort of pep talk before his big pay per view match defending his newly won Rebel Pride Championship. The only thing about going home was facing his brother since their last altercation. He wasn't exactly too thrilled with Aries and he basically said that he could not do it. Well look at him now. He would have the chance to shove it to him and make him eat those words. Ah, let's just go ahead and feed that ego even more. The same ego that has gotten Sean to the very point to where he is. He in his own mind stood for everything that this division was.

Rebel; A person who rises in opposition or armed resistance against an established government or ruler. He wasn't always that big on authority and couldn't care less if someone wanted him to be a certain way. He marched to the beat of his own drum. The moves made by Sean were legit straight from the mind of this sometimes torn individual. Having this quality though is what sets him with the rest of the no do-gooders. Might as well add that he is forever on Santa's naughty list. No gifts for Sean this year, but who needs it when you have gold.

Pride; A feeling or deep pleasure or satisfaction derived from one's own achievements. We all know Sean is never and I mean never shy to gloat about his own accomplishments. He was worse than one of his best friends who climb the top of the wrestling world at age nineteen. That is another story for another day though. Even though he would gloat, he always has himself to thank for never quitting and always pushing to make it. He couldn't let his pride down. In other words he is too much of a man to bow out gracefully unless there is a huge reason as to why he would have to swallow that pride and get over it. Sean was proud of how he got to where he was and would not look back and change anything.

Champion; Sean Aries. 'Nough Said.

Enough of the vocabulary lesson, it's not like it was needed. It was a point made to show that he stands out slightly a cut above the rest. Anyone who dared defy this man would meet their end. It would be time to go see your maker... in other words the man or woman who can help you in the unemployment line. Careers would end faster than a prostitute blowing three cocks just for three dollars to get her next fix. Rebel Pride is Sean Aries... regardless of whether you can turn this into a south thing... but we are not going to get into all of that. The Rebel Pride Championship had a home in the arms of Sean Aries. Eric Craven wants to give it a new home but sorry... it's not going to happen. Never in the lifetime of Sean Aries if he could have anything to do with it.

The plane landed at least two hours ago in sunny New York and the family had done their greetings and caught up with slight little stories for the time that has passed. Hugs and kisses exchanged, photos taken... many a selfie might I add. A huge blowout BBQ was even put together and there was cake. Welcome Home Sean! Our Rebel Pride Champion. Everyone was so appreciative and excited to have him back. The love was real and fame monster was growing again inside of the man who so desperately wanted this chance to be known again. It was a small sense of... 'I made it' that he mumbled to himself. Not yet though, he had to get through Southern Uprising and at the same time... his brother's approval. The two men met up on the side of the yard both with beer in their hand. Watching all the other family mingle with the sun coming around just over the hill on a somewhat brisk midday. Michael took a sip of his beer and Sean just stood there looking straight, clearing his throat a little.

michael lawson
"If you are looking for an apology or something you are in the wrong place. I'm not going to give you one."

sean aries
"Seriously dude, what is up with you? Why can't for once in your life can you just say I am proud of you. Out of all of my years I'm pretty sure I have never heard you say those words to me. It's like you just don't give a shit."

michael lawson
"You think that? You really think that's what I think. Here is the way I see it. You don't need my approval for anything you never have. You've always had it in your head to go out there and do things your way and take what you want. You always did it for you. You make yourself pride and why do I need to boost that up when you already have that quality about you. I admire the hell out of that. It's threatening and why I took a step back and let you have your moment."

sean aries
"You took a step back? Is that so? I think it runs along the lines of you can't handle me and you could not stand the fact that someone would be talking about me more so than you. It would kill you, but thank you if those words truly meant anything."

michael lawson
"Everything I say always has a meaning and you will never hear me say anything that is not true. If you want to hear me say it just to complete your life though... win your match. Win your match at Southern Uprising and actually keep your championship. If you don't then there is nothing left for me to say. I have been there and done that but the thing is can you live up to your own hype?"

sean aries
"What kind of question is that? Of course I can I mean what the f---"

michael lawson
"Don't just try and prove it to me. Prove it to everyone else and more importantly yourself."

Sean took a second to take a few more swigs of his beer before finishing the bottle off. He was a little frustrated but at the same time relieved that his brother did not think he was a complete failure. He just had to go out there and win and beat Eric Craven. It was something that would cement him as a real champion. Winning the championship is one thing, but defending it and keeping it is another. Building your legacy will not come easy. The only thing that Aries had going for him was that he was the first and he could live with that, but he wanted more either way.

michael lawson
"Get it together. We are about to leave there are some people that want to meet you."

Sean had a puzzled look on his face. People like who? Important people? Other celebrities? He wouldn't know until he followed his brother and rest of the family all into separate and somewhat packed cars as they left their home and drove off to their location at a central park. That is when it hit him. Fans. He had fans. Even though he has repeatedly said over and over that he was only in this for himself. When it came to your hometown though... could you really say that? There was a huge tent set up with a few tables, microphones. Posters with jumping people and cameras galore flashing all over the place. As Sean opened the car door he took  a deep breath before stepping out with his championship. He looked around peering over the sunglasses on his face to try and make out some things. Inside he was happy as a little school kid or a fat kid in a candy store. He played it cool on the outside though. Many received a high five and some were blown off. He wasn't going to give too much out as he headed up onto that stage sitting down at the table with a microphone in front of him. Screaming and cheering commenced even louder as a smile cracked upon his face. Not even two seconds later the correspondent took her place on stage to start the introduction.

correspondent
"Ladies and Gentlemen, wait no more because the man of the hour that we love and support is here to take part in this live Q&A. From Bayou Championship Wrestling he is YOUR REBEL PRIDE CHAMPION... SEAN ARIES! Our very own hero is here everyone!"

The response was overwhelming you could not believe what was happening right now. The only thing was there was only time for maybe five live questions. The rest cold be answered at any other time during this little festival in Sean's honor. This was all very new to him and he loved it.

sean aries
"That is right. Your very own personal hero right here in New York City. I for one am glad to be here to show you all the love that you have shown me so far in the five to ten minutes I have been here. Also, of course I had to come and tell you to not miss out on me kicking some ass and keeping this bad boy right here next to me on this table. Now I promise you people that it is going nowhere though.Eric Craven is not going to be the man to take anything from me, you got that? He's tired and played out and the only thing that he is good for right now is mentioning how bad he wants this. Mentioning the same old tired stale song. No one wants to hear it anymore. We get it already right? I'm headstrong, I down people, but what person doesn't am I right? I say what I say because I am the truth and I am the champion and I am the man that is going to revolutionize this division. I worked magic once and I will work it again. Craven, wants to be the leader of this division but he can't do it without that championship. He wants everyone to be so proud of him and stand behind him to overthrow the king such as me. This is not a case where Julius Cesar loses Craven. This is where the emperor will reign supreme and keep his peasants like you in their place. Don't continue to try and talk down to me like you know what I am about. You think I feel so threatened and so ashamed that by you. Please if that were the case I'd drop the championship where I stand. Is that why you have to keep telling yourself you are good enough then? Is that why you need to make sure you can beat me? Not only to be relevant like we mentioned but to be talked about. You are not as unique or as gifted as I am Craven. Your ship has sailed. We will put on a show and best the first one and then go our different paths until they meet again. That's it. Stop trying to think you are worth anything right now, because you're a wine ass who has to have clarity to not psyche yourself out. You can't throw someone like me under the  bus when I have already caught all of your flaws and know your weaknesses. It just doesn't work. I have you locked down to a tee and I'm about to score a hole in one. Can I have a question please?"

fan #1
"Sean, do you believe that Eric will be just as difficult this time as he was the first?"

sean aries
"Sure. I'm pretty sure he will. I mean have you not listened to his long drawn out promos? He has so much to prove. Apparently, he has  a lot to offer. I guess that is why he has to do so much just to try and outdo me and make himself look good. He has to let all of his words speak for him instead of his actions. Like I said before he put out a good solid showing then and pushed me... that was at the beginning and now I am where I need to be to stop any attempt of him trying to even get the best of me. I can say this to you now that I am going to stick a fork in Craven. He is done. Next."

fan #2
"In the event of if Craven won, what would be your reaction?"

sean aries
"I will shake his hand and congratulate him. It means that he would have gotten the best of me out of some miracle. By the grace of God he would be on cloud nine and I would let him stay there until it was time for me to knock him down from heaven and welcome him back to my personal hell. If he wins I will get it right back. There will not be an Eric Craven reign. The thing is though, we don't have to worry about seeing that happen. This championship stays with the real owner and that is me. It is my division and I am going to see fit who takes a stab at me and who is worthy enough to be on the same level as I am. Craven, got lucky and won a little match to even get close to this again. That boy has heart I'll tell you that and he has a dream to get this championship. Some dreams have to die though and I guess I am the dream killer in his situation. He might as well wake up now and get back to reality. The fact is I am the champion and will still be the champion after Southern Uprising."

fan #3
"Would you say you are a little nervous about this match?"

sean aries
"You sound like Craven. I'm not nervous, scared, threatened, afraid or anything. I am a champion and I will do what I have to do as such to show this guy that I am not the one. I am not the one who's tree he needs to bark up anymore. I've heard it all from him before just like last time. His insecurities are starting to show and he is making it seem like it has something to do with me. I bring that out in him to where he wants to turn things around on me. He is afraid that he is not going to live up to his own hype like I am. I have the potential to still be more which is why I said it. What does he have though? He has no real gameplan but to come in and fight with his heart and that is what I am doing myself. all of my hard work is not going to go to waste and I didn't have to constantly speak on it. He wants to be heard and trust me Craven, you have been heard loud and clear by everyone and it's put up or shut up time. There is no more talking. The time for that is up. This tyrant you are referring to is about to take you to places of the Bayou you never thought you would see. You better shape up or ship out because the Rebel Pride Champion is about to let you see why I am this upcoming dynasty. I'm warning you now Craven to be a little more clever in that ring than you are with your mouth. Those words you didn't choose carefully and it is about to be your downfall. Show that passion and that pride you have and make me a believer. I know I have what it takes to walk out and run this division but you do whatever to keep telling yourself you are the best."

Sean was a bit irritated by now. It was alright though. He was going to enjoy the rest of his time at this festival and continue to take questions. It was about to be a war and a great one for the Rebel Pride Championship.
